“Promoting safe, progressive Horsemanship skills for the Michigan equine industry." MSU EquineExtension will provide a one day riding session for adults (18 years and over) who are working with youth and horses, Friday, June 12, 2009. The clinic is limited to 15 horses/riders and open to all auditors.
Topic: The best gymkhana horses are every bit as responsive as the best Dressage horses. This clinic will focus on teaching youth to develop their speed horses, using exercises that will benefit any horse and rider.
The objectives of the clinic are to:
1. Promote safe teaching and handling techniques to adults working with youth.
