Huskerpreneur Camp

Nebraska Cheyenne County youth have the opportunity to discover entrepreneurship this summer through a “HUSKERPRENEUR” Camp. Youth will be offered an opportunity to discover the realm of entrepreneurship, meet successful community entrepreneurs and brainstorm ideas for their own business. Campers will identify their skills, create their own company and develop a business plan. In addition, the youth will learn management components such as goal setting, evaluation, finance, marketing and personal business skills. What a great start to structuring a successful business now as a youth! The HUSKERPRENEUR Camp will be held June 30 through July 2 at WNCC. This youth business opportunity is the result of network efforts between WNCC, UNL Extension, Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development as well as area educators and entrepreneurs.
