"So you want to own a horse?...Or if you already do, now what?" This seminar is designed for the first time horse owner or those individuals who are thinking about purchasing a horse for the first time. Topics covered will include the economics of owning a horse, basic behavior and nutrition, routein veterinary care and emergency management. The course will run for one full day and take place at the Cook Campus Center at Rutgers, The School of Environmental and Biological Sciences.
