States and provinces are encouraged to send teams whose members include extension, state/provincial/federal veterinarians, animal health boards, departments of agriculture, homeland defense, emergency management, health departments, SART (state animal response teams), law enforcement, commodity groups and anyone with a vested interest in an animal agrosecurity event involving an international border. Canadian counterparts have been involved and invited.
