The ArcGIS Server 9.2 Workshop offers a detailed look at the ArcGIS platform and capabilities. It covers the concept of 'author, serve, use'in the context of publishing GIS resources and examines GIS services and their capabilities. Although the primary audience of the workshop is the non-developer, the workshop also presents a glimpse into what is available to developers for customizing and extending the server. We will introduce ArcGIS Explorer and offer some best practices based on previous experience.
