The Virginia Association for Mapping and Land Information Systems is pleased to announce the VAMLIS 2008 Conference. The Conference, which is co-sponsored by ESRI, Timmons Group, and VITA Integrated Services Program (VGIN) will be held at the Omni Hotel & Conference Center in Charlottesville. The Conference will feature over 40 presentations on the latest in GIS technology and education. In addition, pre-conference workshops are planned for May 5. The annual poster session, which features cash prizes, will showcase projects from fellow GIS professionals.
