How can I find a 4-H Horse Club in my area?

Contact your county Cooperative Extension office and ask for the 4-H Extension Educator. They will be able to provide you with information about clubs in your area. If you get on your state's land grant university web site, and do a search, you may also be able to find a direct link to your county cooperative extension office, complete with club information.
