Everyone in the organization is responsible for diversity. It should not be relegated to one person who holds the title of affirmative action or diversity officer. Each person can make a difference, no matter their role in their organization. It is important to note that leadership for diversity should exist at all levels. Someone in the organization should have responsibility for guiding or managing overall diversity efforts through a planned, systemic approach.
Unlike most other resources on the web, we have experts from Universities around the country ready to answer your questions.
