What are some tactful ways to raise conversations with my siblings and parents about estate planning and inheritance?

Having discussions about finances, money, and the loss of control are difficult. One way to approach this issue is to have family meetings in advance so that everyone has a chance to present their opinions. Several meetings may have to occur before all the decisions are made. It will take awhile to get everyone on the same page.
