My husband has Alzheimer’s. Taking care of him takes so much time and energy. I just don’t have the desire to eat. What can I do to improve my own appetite?

Prepare your meals with easy-to-fix but nutritious foods that are brightly colored with contrasting textures and aromas. Try fixing breakfast foods for lunch or dinner, such as a nutritious vegetable omelet, pancakes with fruit, or a bowl of high-fiber cereal with fruit.

Be active each day. Try to walk or have some exercise time for yourself. This may help your appetite.
