For some people, a visit to the hospital or physician’s office can be a very stressful experience--a long drive may have been involved, and perhaps a long wait. By the time you actually see your health professional, you may forget to tell him or her something important or forget the questions you wanted to ask. To ensure the best quality care for yourself and your loved one, take time to prepare for your health visits so that you can take full advantage of your time with the health professional.
