How can I ensure that my baby is safe in her safety seat or high chair?

Related resource areas: Parenting

Stay close to your baby and don’t leave your baby alone on a table or high chair. You will be surprised at how fast she can turn and roll off. Active babies can even move or tip infant carrier seats. Always use the safety belts that come with the seats and high chairs. Never place a carrier seat on a soft, plush surface which could make it unstable and tip over.
