Either of these methods can be suitable, but your choice will depend on the services available at the campsite and your horses' training. If your horses are used to being contained in an electric fence and electricity is available on-site, temporary electric paddocks are an easy and safe option. However, if your horses have not been trained to an electric fence or don't respect it, this is not the time to take a chance. Use more substantial barriers such as portable metal corrals.
