Have a question? Try asking one of our Experts
You have probably already answered the question. A simple and easy (and inexpensive) way to get feedback from your customers is to ask them some quick questions while they are shopping or as they are checking out. Doing this enables you to follow leads they may offer regarding other products and/or services they might like. They may offer information about a time they had a very pleasant or a very unpleasant experience in your store. The type of questions you ask can be very broad, and you probably want to ensure that you survey customers during all parts of the day and week. You would want to capture information regarding why they first shopped at your store and how often they come in. Much of the information you would like to capture can be gathered during a very casual conversation. However, respect a customer's desire not to answer your questions or to notice if they seem in a hurry to leave.
Unlike most other resources on the web, we have experts from Universities around the country ready to answer your questions.
