What is the Water Cycle?

The water cycle is the movement of water around the earth through the processes of evaporation, condensation, and precipitation. The cycle also involves precolation (movement of water downward), capillary action (movement of water upward), surface and underground flow, and the complex movement of ocean and air currents.
