What basin storage design capacity is used for the Iowa vegetative treatment systems, and is the overflow from those being considered in the modeling comparisons with conventional holding pond systems?

The systems were designed by engineers selected by the feedlot operators. In some cases, the basins were designed to hold the capacity from a 25-year, 24-hour storm, and, in other cases, the capacity for the 25-year, 24-hour storm was built within the whole VTS system.
