Any effort to change an organization needs a visible and intentional commitment from all leaders within an organization. Leaders need to be able to articulate the direction of the change process, the necessity of the change process and how it will lead to great organizational relevancy, how individuals will be supported through the process of change, and be willing to answer difficult questions or deal with difficult situations as they arise throughout the process.
