There are so many possible reasons for lameness in horses that it can't be diagnosed without an actual evaluation. Since you have already had a couple of veterinarians look at the horse, we would suggest that you take it to a veterinarian school for a more comprehensive and definitive evaluation. Acupunture is not well researched, and scientists have mixed thoughts on its effectiveness. Go to the following Web site for more information.
