Can you tell me about Fluphenazine use in horses?

Fluphenazine is not approved by the U.S. government’s Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Any use of this substance in horses is a Federal violation of the FDA Legal Drug Use Act. Consult your veterinarian to find alternative means of treatment.
