Deadhead Tanacetum niveum by cutting back the flowering stalks to an inch or so above the rosette of foliage that forms at the base of the stems. You may get another flush of blooms. T. niveum is hardy in Zones 4-9 and will thrive in a variety of soil types. If you have mostly clay or sandy soil, you will want to amend with compost. Look for high-quality compost.
