I find it so difficult to get my dad to his medical appointments. He lives 30 miles from the nearest doctor. Are there any services available to assist me?

Some communities have transportation services specifically targeted for medical care. However, most transportation services can be used without a medical need. Check online at www.publictransportation.org/systems and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging Web site at www.n4a.org. Also check your local business telephone directory under transportation for additional transportation services in your area.
