I know that as a caregiver I am experiencing stress and often have stiffness in my shoulders and neck which sometimes leads to a headache. Is there something I can do to help myself?

There is now a wealth of information available on how we can relax our muscles and boost our immune system and general sense of well-being by our thinking and by deep breathing and relaxation exercises. Research has demonstrated that within two weeks of doing a relaxation process for 20 minutes a day, there are dramatic positive changes in our body and mind.
