What type of certifications are needed by a contractor for the cleaning of a meat processing plant?

The meat plant is responsible for seeing that its HACCP plan and sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) are carried out as written. The plant can hire a contractor to come in and clean, but the plant is responsible for making sure that the cleaning is done properly. So, no certifications are required for contractors to clean a meat processing plant.
