How can I sterilize old pots so I can use them again?

Containers and tools can be sterilized by soaking them in a 10% household bleach solution (1 1/2 tablespoons/cup of water) for 5 minutes. Be sure to thoroughly rinse the containers and tools and allow them to completely air dry before using.
