No. However, most states have educational programs being conducted by Extension in conjunction with researchers at land-grant universities and personnel from the state agency responsible for agricultural issues. Some can help coordinate a Community Wide Fire Ant Management Program, in which you treat alongside your neighbors or as a whole neighborhood to share the cost of pesticide bait and applicator costs.
