BATON ROUGE, La.--(Radio news) The ethanol industry has created a shift in row crop production in Louisiana. This year many farmers planted corn instead of cotton or soybeans. LSU AgCenter dairy specialist Dr. Mike McCormick says this shift is affecting the dairy industry. (Runtime: 60 seconds)
