Rusty Miller, Ph.D., has been in the horse world for the past 30 years and has been a multi-carded judge for the past 15 years. He has had the honor of judging 2 world championship shows. Rusty is a trainer and has work with many youth as well as amateurs. He has also worked with FFA, 4-H, and collegiate judging team and has been an official judge at state competitions. He is currently with the Department of Animal Sciences at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. He is heading up a brand new equine program for the department and has put together a 21 hour minor for the School Of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences.
