Horses Need Vaccinations

A veterinarian with the Louisiana State AgCenter says horse owners should make sure their horses are vaccinated once a year for tetanus and encephalitic diseases.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Horse owners generally are vaccinating their horses against encephalitic diseases this time of year. In a radio clip, LSU AgCenter veterinarian Dr. Dennis French says owners also should make sure their horses are vaccinated once a year for tetanus:
