Water Soluble Vitamins

The water-soluble vitamins are produced by the horse and are conserved by efficient recycling mechanisms. Therefore, they are not required in large quantities in the diet. Vitamin C and all the B-complex vitamins (thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, biotin, etc.) are all water-soluble vitamins.
