Bushel - A dry volume measure of varying weight for grain, fruit, etc. It is equal to four pecks or eight gallons (2150.42 cubic inches).

Amount in Pounds:

  • wheat- 60 pounds
  • soybeans- 60 pounds
  • corn- 56 pounds
  • rye- 56 pounds
  • grain sorghum- 56 pounds
  • flaxseed- 56 pounds
  • barley- 48 pounds
