Ampulla-

In Male-The dilated or enlarged upper portion of the vas deferens in bulls, bucks, and rams, where sperm are stored for sudden release at ejaculation.
In Female- The ovarian one-third of the oviduct characterized by a large diameter and many mucosal folds.
