Castrate

Castrate- the removal of both testicles. Once the male is castrated, the male will lose his sperm-producing capacity and will lose his masculine appearance. The castrated male calf, (steer), will be sterile and will not develop their male characteristics like heavy neck and shoulders and deep bellow.
