Learn the Signs. Act Early (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention)

"Learn the Signs. Act Early." is a national education campaign to teach parents, health care professionals, and early educators how to recognize the early warning signs of a developmental disorder -- and to encourage them to act early if a delay is suspected. The campaign offers free materials including fact sheets, milestone checklists, posters, growth charts, and flyers. The National Resource Center on AD/HD: A Program of CHADD (U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - CDC)

The nation's clearinghouse for science-based information about all aspects of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. The National Resource Center maintains an extensive online library of published science-based information on ADHD. In addition, information is available in both English and Spanish at the main website and through trained health information specialists who can answer your questions about symptoms, diagnosis, treatment options, educational rights, etc .
