Biography

Mark is currently a Professor in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. He serves as the coordinator for Extension Engineerng programs and also coordinates Extension Water Quality and Animal Waste Management Programs for the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. Mark was also instrumental in the development of the Agricultural Pollution Prevention Programat UGA.

Mark grew up working on his families dairy and poultry farms. He holds B.S.and M.S. degrees from the University of Georgia, and a Ph.D. degree from Purdue University. All of these degrees are in Biological and Agricultural Engineering.
