Biography

Bill received his BS in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1979 and went to work with the Soil Conservation Service (SCS) in 1980. He has worked with manure and nutrient management issues at the farm, program, and policy level while located in Tennessee, Missouri, Nebraska, Florida, and Arkansas. He is currently at the NRCS East National Technical Support Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
