The mission of the Unwanted Horse Coalition is to reduce the number of unwanted horses and to improve their welfare through education and the efforts of organizations committed to the health, safety, and responsible care and disposition of these horses.
The purpose of this committee is to serve as a clearinghouse for verifiable evidence related to the unintended consequences of the ban on equine slaughter in the United States.
The United Horsemen's Front promotes horse welfare and the health of the horse industry by providing accurate, timely information about the unintended consequences of the ban on equine slaughter in the United States. The United Horsemen's Front seeks to unify our country's horsemen in our common goal: achieving humane and realistic solutions to the unwanted horse problem from the perspective of experienced horse people who have the best interest of the horse at heart.
