MANHATTAN, Kan. -- Most dairy producers are in survival mode right now, just trying to sustain the operation economically over the short haul. K-State dairy specialist Mike Brouk (Brook) understands that, but urges producers at the same time to continue thinking about the longer-term future of the dairy, and what can be done now to strengthen that future. He cites several management examples on this week’s program.
