Fresh produce from Missouri farmers is a first step.

ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Many urban neighborhoods in big cities have seen years of decline. But one neighborhood in St. Louis may be bucking that trend. Kent Faddis with the University of Missouri shows us how one basic amenity can play a big part in revitalizing an area.
