Possible Change Value- (P.C.) A measure of the accuracy with which the number and distribution of progeny available allowed the E.P.D. to predict the future progeny performance.This value indicates the amount of change either plus or minus that is possible when additional progeny records are included. The smaller the P.C. value, the less it should change.
