Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Congress has restricted EPA from expending any funds for implementing subpart JJ (manure management) section of the rule. Industry efforts are currently underway to permanently overturn this portion of the rule, but it is unknown at this time what the outcome of any of those efforts will be.
