EDINBURG, Texas -- A noted soil scientist and family doctor will discuss at an upcoming conference in Edinburg his theory that depleted soils may be reducing the nutritional value of the foods we eat, according to Texas AgriLife Extension Service personnel.
Arden Andersen, a physician, scientist and author of several books, including “Real Medicine – Real Health,” will present an all-day seminar as part of the Sustainable Ag and Organic Gardening Conference.
