Apple Carrot Salad

Number of servings: 6
Cups of fruits or vegetables per serving: 0.5

Ingredients

1 c. carrots, shredded
3 apples, diced
1 T. lemon juice
½ c. raisins
1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
lettuce (optional)

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Chill thoroughly.
3. Serve on lettuce, if desired.
