Taking Root, Rural Cooperatives, USDA Rural Development, 2010 - The nation’s network of cooperative development centers are a primary force in the creation of new cooperatives and support for existing cooperatives. The centers also play a major role in helping to spread knowledge of the cooperative system of business.
