View as web page

If you can read this, you are probably using some type of browser. Web pages on the Internet use a particular "language" to hold information. A browser serves as your interpreter for that language and allows you to view and use a web page.

Your computer probably came standard with an internet browser. Common browsers include, but are not limited to, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. These may differ in appearances and options but perform the same basic function - allowing you to surf the Internet. Some service providers may provide their own browsers.

All of the following examples use Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you use will have the same features but they may not look the same nor be in the same locations. Even different versions of the same browser may look different. Play around with your particular browser to see what the process for bookmarking or adding favorites may be.
