Using the Internet

Caregivers may turn to the Internet to find answers to their questions and explore supports that may be available to them. However, finding what you want and getting the information you need may be a challenge if you do not know how to navigate effectively online. The world is becoming increasingly wired and a basic knowledge of the Internet is becoming essential in today's society.

This learning lesson will walk you through some of the basics of using the Internet. It is a self-paced lesson so take your time and be sure you understand the information presented. Feel free to go through this lesson as many times as you would like - there is no limit to your learning.
