Rules for Retreat Group
- The (Site Name) is someone’s home. Please treat the (Site Name) facilities as you would your own home.
- Grandparents are responsible for their grandchildren while participating in the retreat.
- Normal meal times are:
- Friday Dinner 6:30 p.m.
- Breakfast 8:30 a.m.
- Lunch Noon
- Dinner 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday Brunch 9:30 a.m.
- Please be prompt for meal times.
- Meals are family style. When your family members are the designated table setters and servers for seconds, please report to the dining hall 15 minutes before the meal time (no earlier please). Designate one family member to get and return necessary table items and food.
- Family members should sit together during every meal.
- The (Site Name) will not tolerate any sort of food fights, eating contests, or other wasteful or childish behavior with food.
- Food from the dining hall is not to be taken to your room as this attracts mice, ants, or other pests.
- Please be considerate of those who follow you and leave the area in the same or better condition than you found it. Do not litter.
- Please report any broken or damaged equipment or facilities to the office staff. This includes both accidental and intentional damages.
- Playing ball or other rough housing is not permitted in any of the lodging facilities.
- Your help is requested in turning off lights not needed and keeping the outside doors closed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside of any building and is discouraged on the grounds. If you must smoke, choose a location away from buildings and people.
- Alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs are not permitted at any time.
- To keep from disturbing others, the use of radios, tape recorders, and TVs are limited to program use.
- Quiet time begins at 10:30 p.m.. Noise should be kept to a minimum and limited to your rooms.
- Lights out time is no later than 11:00 p.m.
