The question you are asking might have several answers depending on what facilities you have available and the personalities of the horses involved. From a safety aspect, it is probably desirable to have horses with shoes on the hind feet separated from others (which would mean that each individual horse with hind shoes would have its own paddock), especially if they are dominant or aggressive individuals.
