Should I put my horse in his stall during a cold rain?

It is always beneficial to protect your horses from bad weather. This can be accomplished by a run-in shed in the field or some other type of shelter. It is always acceptable to use a stall, but be sure to provide exercise for your horse if it is stalled all day and night.
