Feeding a joint supplement while a horse is administered bute is safe provided it is fed as the label prescribes. However, to err on the side of caution, it is always a good idea to visit with your veterinarian to make sure there could be no possible interaction. There are many joint supplements available, so it is reasonable to check before feeding.
