Cercospora and Septoria Leaf Spots

Prevention and Treatment: Clean up and dispose of infected leaves on the ground and on the tree, if possible, since this is where these fungi survive the winter. In circumstances where severe infections are expected, fungicides with labels listing dogwood and leaf spot can be applied beginning in early spring and continuing into early summer.

Contact your local Extension office for fungicide recommendations.
